Erin Heard is Team Leader & Broker Associate for Lead Group. She created Lead Group in 2017 to become the leading real estate team in west Texas by taking customer service to the next level. She is also Broker of Lead Property Management Group assisting owners in making residual income through leases.
Erin Heard strongly believes in education. She graduated with her Bachelors in Business Administration from University of Texas of the Permian Basin. She has received her Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation, Sellers Representative Specialist Designation, Certified Home Market Specialist Designation, Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification, and Certified Mediator/ Arbitrator training, etc. She was voted 2021 “Best Realtor” in Best of the Basin by Newswest9.

Erin Heard lives in Gardendale on a farm with her husband and all their animals including chickens, peacocks, turkeys, honey bees, dogs, cats, goats, and we are sure many more animals to come. She is a member of the Permian Basin Master Gardener and serves the community through volunteering at an assortment of events.
